**Marketing Administrator**



**Description**



+ Assisting In House Marketing Operations with any administrative duties requested

+ Coordinate and manage tour allotments

+ Review and correct, as necessary, marketing payroll weekly

+ Approve payments and disputes on vendor invoices

+ Track and report all marketing metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

+ Coordinate and manage all special events

+ Submit all premiums and new vendors to Marketing Submissions

+ Order all supplies needed for marketing department

+ Coordinate referral assignment and scheduling



**Qualifications**



+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

+ Excellent knowledge of CRS is preferred

+ Ability to handle multi\-tasks and able to meet deadlines

+ Good organizational skills and ability to keep accurate data and records

+ Great attitude and willingness to help and assist co\-workers

+ Ability to pass a criminal background check
